Deep Snow

We got some snow!  Eric had to drive to work in the blizzard last night, and he got home at about 8:00 this morning.  His little commuter car is stuck all the way at the end of our driveway.  The boys are helping him dig out.  Time to bake something warm for everyone!

Early Irish

We were counting how many chickens we had left in our freezers and discovered a corned beef brisket from last year! So tasty! We even cooked the root veggies and Irish soda bread. 😁 We're a month early, but this is definitely a repeat meal! ☘️

When it's -10 with a -26 degree wind chill, baking is essential! The kitchen is warm & toasty now!

Back to Natural

I've been noticing a lot of white, silver, and gray in my hair recently, so I asked my stylist at Family Hair how I could "go gray gracefully."  She recommended I get my hair back to its natural color, with highlights to blend in the gray as it grows.  I love it!  Eric took a pic when I was in the mudroom after my appointment.
