Christy Graduating from College

Christy is graduating from DCTC this year, and her class participated in a drive-through graduation on Friday! It was live-streamed, so we watched from home. Christy's friend is graduating, too, and they drive up towards the end of the video. You'll know it's them when you see a white '73 Corvette (her friend's, of course). 😁 Also, Christy got promoted to product designer this past week! Mother's Day 2021

Happy Mother's Day to all the lovely moms I know! It's a beautiful day! My kids have blessed me with my favorite flowers, and they are currently cleaning the house. Sweet hubby is "chef for the day" (which means BBQ this evening).💓 They know what makes me happy! 😁🌻

My tulips have finally bloomed! I wanted to get some good pictures of them before the thunderstorms roll in tomorrow. Tulips are short-lived, but make springtime more cheerful. ❤

Christy's Commute Move

Christy is renting an apartment with a (girl) friend up in Edina! This will reduce her commute to work from 50 minutes to about 15 minutes, since she works in Eden Prairie. Furniture arrives on Sunday!

I just want to thank my family & friends for all the sweet birthday wishes! All of your love makes turning 45 a little easier. One of my kids told me today: "Hey, mom! You're half-way there!" to which I appropriately responded: "Livin' on a prayer!🎶" 😂
