A Wee Bit Chilly

Happy New Year! It's a bit chilly here in Minnesota this morning. I don't mind the cold (when there's nowhere to go). I have quite the collection of tea, coffee and books to keep me cozy & entertained. What more could you ask for? I hope everyone has a great year!

Christmas Love

I've been cleaning up all the birthdays and Christmas this week, but took some time to once again enjoy the cards we received over the holidays. We're thankful for all our family & friends! ❤️💚❤️

Dan's 12th Birthday

Dan is 12! We had a small birthday party for him last night. He's so easy to shop for! He loves ducks, reading, and the color blue. Happy Birthday to our sweet, smart bookworm! 💙💛💙

Sam's 14th Birthday

Sam is 14! There's nothing he enjoys better than spending time outside. He loves sledding with his brothers, building forts & treehouses, and exploring the fields & woods. We're going to have his birthday party on Friday! 🎁🎈🎊🎉🎂🍰🧁🍦🍨

Winter Treasure

We got 11 inches of snow on Friday, and the kids have been in winter wonderland heaven! Eric & I ventured out tonight to enjoy the spectacular sunset. Thank you, Lord, for the treasures you bestow upon us! ❄️

Christmas Theatrical Performance

The play was a hit! It was so funny, and the kids did a fantastic job! I loved the message - we all have our unique gifts to offer, and God uses us just as we are. We don't have to be perfect!

Becca's 19th Birthday

Becca is 19! We surprised her with a small party when she got home from her classes. Eric even took the night off so he could be here. We're so thankful for her creative, sweet, and fun spirit!
