Good Grub
Back at the beginning of the pandemic, we were able to snag quite a few corned beef briskets for a steal since everyone realized that getting together for St. Patrick's Day probably wasn't going to happen. They've been waiting patiently in our deep freezer. We've made good use of them! With yesterday's ingredients, Eric cooked up some corned beef & egg hash this morning, with sourdough. These are some of my favorite meals! 😋
