Eric, Christy & Jackson helped some extended family butcher sheep a few months ago. We got some freezer packs of sheep sausage and fried it up today with potatoes and eggs. With our big family, we have to use a 14-inch skillet which barely fits on the stovetop. It's incredible! 😋
